This painting by Julian Meagher was commissioned by some (then new) friends of his in 2010, after an evening of drinking Bombay Gin, as you can imagine! This led Julian to create a series on this much loved beverage! Like many of his oils the translucent light, colour and composition offer a romance to the viewer in a very unique way. The painting is one of his larger artworks at 150 x 244cm and in mint condition.
